In the latest episode of Unapologetically Angel, Reese sought advice from Lisa Leslie, one of the greatest to ever play. During their conversation, she asked Leslie, “Going into my season 2, what’s some advice that you would give me?”
The two-time WNBA champion didn’t hold back, offering constructive feedback while praising Reese’s growth. She said, “I can’t wait to work with you some more. The biggest advice I have for you is gonna be how you shoot your layups, period. We’re gonna fix that. That’s fixable for you. And I think your shot from the outside is improving. I love that your ball handling is good, your defense is improving,….The idea that you want to get better, I love that.”
Angel Reese, known for her dominance in the paint and rebounding prowess, has shown significant progress in her offensive skill set. However, Leslie believes fine-tuning her layup technique will take her game to the next level.
